Intake & Attunement
We begin with deep listening. Understanding your history, nervous system patterns, and what peace and wholeness feel like for you specifically.

Body Literacy

Together we explore how stress and emotion live in your body; identifying held patterns and beginning to build body literacy and self-trust.

Somatic Practice

Guided breathwork, movement, vagus nerve exercises, and meditation are woven into sessions and offered as daily home practices.

Integration & Embodiment

We consolidate insights, build resilience tools, and anchor the felt sense of regulation and peace as your new baseline.
